The garden lately
We’ve been planting fall vegetable in mixed plantings beneficial flowers. Focusing on companion planting to eliminate the use of chemicals (even though anything we would use here is organic) Its so awesome to grow a garden without that step. Also, it makes for a lovely combination of heights, textures and color. I love the idea of combining the composition that we use in an arrangement in the ground. Of course we will not be able to control the outcome of the planting the eay we do a cut flower arrangement, but I love the idea that we can focus our row plating on creating beautiful spaces, not just rows to produce stems.
